I hate the word “flip” as it has such a negative connotation – especially since we are not traditional “flippers”. I would prefer to say that we are real estate renovators with an eye for restoration (when possible), design and architecture. So, we will say our first “real estate rehab” is complete and I’m really proud! It was an exhausting race to the finish – we worked on the finishing details for many hours straight with no AC in the summer heat – but we did it!

Apart from being completely rebuilt from the studs (adding brand new HVAC, roof, siding, windows, insulation, all new electrical wiring and new electrical panel), it has some amazing features including custom raw steel metal work, walnut butcher block countertops, a sliding barn door that came from an estate property in East Austin, and the coolest little patio with vintage concrete pavers that you ever did see
